The plugin adds a new Partially Completed order status to Woocommerce. This new status as well as the default Woocommerce order statuses will be used by the plugin to set the status of the order based on the shipping status of the items within the order.
The status of the order will be automatically changed as the shipping status of the order items changes. The criteria of each order status used by the plugins is as follows:
Processing
The order status will be set to Processing when none of the order items have been shipped at all.
Partially Completed
Some of the items in the order has been shipped. The items themselves don't need to be fully shipped. As long as a single quantity of one of the items has been shipped, the order will be considered partially completed.
Completed
The order status will be set to Completed when all items in the order have been fully shipped.
Remember...The order status is dynamic and can change from Completed back to Partially Completed or even Processing if you delete shipments from the items in the order. See the Removing Shipments section for more information.
