Partial Orders

Everything you need to get up and running with our Partial Orders plugin!

Shipment history

Each shipment you make for each item in a order is stored by the plugin so that you can reference the shipments at a later date should you need to.

Viewing the history

To view the shipment history of an order item, do the following:

  1. Navigate to Woocommerce > Orders and select an order from the list
  2. Click on the 'Shipped' column for any item that in partially or fully shipped.
  3. A popup will appear showing the previous shipments for this item. If the item is partially shipped, the shipping history will appear below the form to add a new shipment

Clearing the history

With the shipping history popup open (See Viewing the History above), you can clear the history for this item by simply clicking on the Clear History button at the top of the popup.

Clicking this button will prompt you for confirmation before deleting all shipments for this items.

Remember...If you don't see the Clear History button, don't forget to enable the functionality in the settings. See the Removing Shipments section for more information.

Watch out...Removing shipments will cause the plugin to re-evaluate the order status and to set it based on the shipped status of the items in the order. See the order statuses section for more information.
