The cart will display all prices (product prices, totals etc) in the currency that is currently being shown to the user.
As with product prices on other parts of the site, the product prices in the cart will be converted and displayed using the formatting setting that you have set for the selected currency.
With the product prices changed, the order totals will be recalculated and also displayed using the same formatting settings.
